ha ha yeah i wish i had the hook up on things like nitto or something of that caliper but car and driver and a bunch of other car mags have done some reviews on the new continetal tires and given them all great reviews plus if you go on tire rack they rate all of the tires in the top five of performance.

Going somewhere to mount and balance might get pricey though.

Most places give you a discount on labor or tires if you purchase both from them.

all the places around me do it for 15$ a piece, but trust me when i tell ya your getting a good deal through me i bought the conti sport contact cause i had a flat through merchants just for the tire it was like 147 and another to mount and balance. i went online just to see what the mark up was and i can get the same tire online for under 100.

Which reminds me, our stock rims are 17x7

So whats the widest tires you think we can slap on? 215? or is 225 pushing it?

if your riding stock height then 225 are fine but i have the hotchkis springs on and the 225 i have a snug as could be.

Meh, I guess i'll just stick with 215's.

What springs did you use to lower your car?

hotchkis. it's not a dramtic drop but you can tell the difference. i think it was a 1.9 in front and a 1.7 in the rear.

That's the setup, I think I'm going with.

Hotchkis springs, sways and rear camber links.

Should be the best bang for the buck suspension mod thus far.

it's a good set-up. i've talked to alot of people about tein springs and they seem to me to just be for looks. i didn't do it just for that i bought them for racing on a road course so i figured a 2.5 all around would be too much. also i have the trd rear sway bar but now i can't find a front sway bar. i can find the set front and rear but not just the front.

For Nitto tire connection, call and talk to Tony @ Jotech. Tell him that your from Club-tC. That will get you some nice valve caps.:p

Never had experience with NITTO tires, any good?

I've been a Falken and ADVAN whore on my Scooby for years, it's hard to break away to something new.

I have Advans on my Evo and I love them! But they wear out in 10k miles. and are pretty pricey $275 a piece for 235/40/18's

Hotrice... I might take you up on your offer. I'm shopping around for wheels for my tc once I find a set I like I'll let u know
