My choices for Headers are: Weapon-R or DC Sport. S-Pipes: Invidia

I would go no bigger than 2.25'' on the mid-pipe. I have a DC Sport 4-1 header w/ jet-hot, Invidia S-Pipe, OEM mid-pipe and Tanabe Medallion Concept G Exhaust and I am very happy w/ it.

N/A I/H/E - stay 2.25" but could go 2.5" with a little drop in throttle response and low-mid powerband. Probably not even noticeable with the Weapon R or the Tsudo 4-2-1 headers. Go with the Weapon R as it comes with an s-pipe.

How much does it cost to Jet-Hot the header? I'll guess Ill leave the Mid pipe as OEM for now untill I get bigger Housepower into it!

Way back when I sent in a pair of V6 manifolds it cost me about a buck fittie ($150). If you are running any thin wall, mild steel, like the DC Sports, you will need the ceramic coating inside and out to prevent rusting out. The ceramic coating on that is on the DC Sports is weak sauce. The Weapon R is still the best bet for a header. Myself, I have yet to hear any misgivings with their products or this header.

I have the exhaust that you are looking for.

You might also be interested in my silencer insert mod aka The Ghetto Resonator. This mod takes the HKS silencer which is very restrictive and makes it into a high flow resonator tip much like you see on exotic sports cars, factory Detroit muscle, and the old Monnza exhausts. I have competed it but my vid of the final product is tied up in a broken laptop.

For my header to be jet-coated from Jet-Hot cost me approx $225.00
