is this a good set up? what you guys think?

    trd springs
    trd rear sway bar
    dc strut bar
    trd struts

    just need something for better handling....nothing to extreme.

    are shocks necessary? and if i get a strut bar...i heard theres no need for a front sway bar?

    give me some 2 cent input.

    I have the DC front strut bar and I love it, thats all I have so far suspension wise but I can def notice a difference. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the tC only had a rear sway bar.

    That setup will do ya. It won"t lower your car that much so your ride won"t be too harsh. The front swaybar only needs to be upgraded if your wanting to hit the road coarse. I have the Hotchkis TVS Stage I which is similar to your listed setup(minus the struts). I have not replaced the front swaybar yet and I can still take twisty corners like crazy even with the original stock tires.
