so i bought lowering springs for my car, will this mess with my camber on my wheels? i see a lot of rice civics with the wheels all angled because they were dropped incorrectly, but i dont want that to happen with mine. it is a 1.9" in front and a 1.8" in the back. any help would be appreciated. sorry if this is a repost. thanks

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I read somewhere on here if you go to the dealer and have your wheels aligned to the TRD lowering Specs you should be fine.

You are absolutely correct. The double-wishbone rear suspension has camber adjustment but over the TRD springs drop of 1.5" will require more camber adjustment. Hotchkis and another company makes replacement REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY. Anything over 1.5" requires the adjustable rear links. The front will be perfect with just a slight negative camber (good for cornering) that does not cause any uneven wear. 2.0" drop or better will require front camber adjustment bolts offered by the same companies.

An interesting DIY article discussing the rear camber links install.

As stated, just the adjustable rear camber links and a TRD lowering springs alignment at the dealership.

The Hotkis Camber links were about $200. There is someone else that now makes a set for far cheaper. I can't remember who it was.

Very important to keep the springs in correct alignment in relation to the spring perch and upper strut mount. Use a paint pin to make tic marks so that reassembly is done correctly. Also doing one side at a time, just as in changing brakes, can keep you out of trouble. Springs are always under pressure so be sure to use a set of reliable spring compressors.
