These fog lights are designed specifically for the 2005-2010 Scion TC. Buy these fog lights as a combo deal to save even more! Increase brightness with Halo bulbs or HIDs. Combo deal will include size H3 bulbs that fit perfectly with these fog lights.

Meng Motorsports 2005-2010 Scion TC Fog Lights:

Improve both visibility and style with these Meng Motorsports fog lights! These fog lights are designed to fit in the corner vents on the Scion TC factory bumper. No cutting or modification required. The corner vents simply pop off and the fog lights fit perfectly in the existing spot. Fitment is slightly recessed in the bumper as opposed to a flush bumper fitment like other fog lamps. Modifications may be required on aftermarket bumpers or lip kits. Our fog lights have been put through strict tests to endure the elements. Six month warranty is handled directly with Meng Motorsports. Includes all required installation hardware

This set definitely come with mounting brackets that are already installed on the fog lamp themselves. The lamp will pretty much "snap in" to the mounting spot with ease due to the clips on the fog lamps. No drilling or cutting required to mount these, unless you have the optional Toyota lip kit.

These fog lamps will fit HIDs no problem. The bulb size is H3, so as long as your kit from DDM is h3, it should fit.
