NEED HELP ASAP. Please!!!!!!!!

i was driving home on tuesday night and was hit by a guy from Behind. I have an 07 TC and the physical damage speaks for it self. But i am concerned about framedamge. I do not want the car if there is anytype of Frame damge. Any one have advice on how to fight this with my insurance company.

What is the insurance company telling you?

I have not talk to them yet do to the fact that i can not take my car to the dealer until monday because everything is closed. I am pretty sure there is some type of damage to the frame. My subwoofer does not work anymore, my hatch when opened feels weird. I just want to know how to go about it with them befor i speak with them.

Well, there's not much you can really do without getting a quote from them as to what they will give you. There are many factors in the equation. Once they tell you what they are willing to give you, let us know and we can help you decide your course of action. I agree with you though, if there is indeed frame damage, it would be best to just get rid of it. It would never be the same.

I got rear ended recently too. I was completely dead stopped and idiot ran into me going at least 45 mph and I didn't get frame damage. However, I know from previous accidents, even if there is slight frame damage, which is inevitable from any impact, body shops actually test it and make sure its within a certain ratio away from factory.

Oh I can only imagine. Luckily, my friend knew just how much my car means to me and he flipped out and proceeded to chase after the jerk while I was having a melt down.
