Well I am looking into getting some wheels from chyz-dad but i need to know a few things first.

If I get bigger wheels then the stock wheels. Will the Tire pressure sensor be on all the time? Can I hook it up to the new wheels? Would the bigger tire throw off the speedometer and odometer? (wouldn't mind the car thinking I drove less miles then I actually had :D) Would I need to change out any other parts?

I know you will need to get the TPWS reset at a dealer and as for the other stuff, it shouldnt mess with the speedo and odometer.

The speedometer accuracy all depends on the overall tire/wheel combo diameter. Taking this formula posted here, Tire Tech Information - Calculating Tire Dimensions you can find the overall diameter of a tire. The closer that this matches the OEM, the more accurate the speedometer. This is why most people run a smaller tire sidewall aspect when upgrading wheels.
Tire Tech Information - Speedometer Accuracy

If your new wheels have the correct bead shoulder shape, then the TPWS sensors can be easily moved to your new wheels. Nothing will need to be done to the TPWS except a standard reset with the TPWS reset button in the glove box.

The stock are 17x7 with 18x7.5 optional. People have loaded 19" and up to 20" shoes on their tC. I am currently running 18x8.5.

I've been looking at a set of Five Axis wheels. Would these specs work? if not what do I need to change.

Size: 18X8 (would i have to do anything to get 19's to work right?)
Bolt Pattern: 5X100 (I saw somewhere on here this was the size)
Off Set: 35 or 40? (what does this do?)

Have you heard anything bad about Five Axis?

Five Axis is a design house. They, like most, do not manufacture their own product. If you take a look at their project vehicles, you will see the caliber of their work as detailed, thorough, utter perfection. Expect the same in their products.

I sold a set of X5:F black with red trim 5 Axis to a friend of mine here in J'ville
the only thing he had to do was get some hub centric rings for it....he kept getting told he needed to buy spacers...all he had was a slight vibration in the wheels...TK performance here in J'ville carries them in stock...

the size on them was 18x8.5, 35 offset...they look really nice...

Too bad they are +35mm That sits them so far to the edge that you have to run a smaller than recommended tire, especially if you get lowered. Just +3mm more and I would have not had to have my rear fenders shaved. I dislike that so much that I had Koi Tran (Kenny's Brother) take care if it. He did a fine job by the way.

Yes. Without a doubt. Make sure to get the hub centric adapter rings.
