I have an Injen cold air intake and it works AWESOME!! I dont have experience with crank pulleys but i can tell you that i decided NOT to worry about headers because everyone seems to think that they give you too much of a "ricer" sound. but If you're really wanting the hp then you can get a header and just be sure to get a large, high flow resonator with it and that should help with the sound. As far as what brand... i dont know, i dont have one.

I would suggest a Injen, AEM or Weapon-R CAI. Header, DC Sport, Weapon-R, Alphawerks or Strup. The header is going to increase sound output, but the sound can be lowered by upgrading the OEM resonator from Moroso (Spiral Flow), and getting a performance exhaust from TRD, Borla, Magnaflow or Tanabe. Fartcans/cannister mufflers are RICE in my book and nothing but sound pollution.

The Light Weight Crank Pulley I would go with Agency or NST, just make sure you don't buy over driven or under driven, and they do work, I have Agency on my tC.

I would do an Invidia Down Pipe instead of the Megan, Megan is trash. I would also upgrade your rear sway bar and get an engine strut bar. Have a look at my tC, I have a lot done and should give you many ideas for yours.

Welcome. The Injen is pretty much the standard but I don't care much for their quality control. Megan is junk. That downpipe is what we call as a s-pipe. The Megan is plated to look like Stainless Steel, it hangs down too low, does not seal well, and mine required a half inch thick spacer to get it to line-up with the OEM mid-pipe. Most of their product is off-shore junk. Don't know anything about the MR2 stuff.
