My 2 month old car just got a nail in the driver's front tire...:(

So I went to the local sears here, and I told them to put the stock tire on(Yokohama's). Well they got my ass. They put a Riken on. So when I got home and realized this, I went back, and they told me that they couldnt take the tire back because I had put 30 miles on it already. So after some arguement, they still wouldnt take it back. So now my question to you is...is this going to be safe, and what is going to happen when I start to do auto crosses with that mismatched tire?

Should I get another stock rim, and then get a stock tire, and make the Riken the full size spare? Or should I just leave it alone. I am totally clueless on what to do.
