I want to lower my Tc by a little. (I've heard 1.25 is noticeable but also a safe measurement). Now initially I was going to buy coilovers, but they're just too expensive for me right now. So I'm just aiming for the TRD lowering springs. I've heard that installing the springs without upgrading your struts can be an issue, but this is something beyond by knowing. My budget's pretty low.

And if I'm completely wrong, just lemme know

TRD springs provide a barely noticeable drop and slight improvement in suspension translation. The ex post facto kit is the Hotchkis springs. Very noticeable drop with greatly improved suspension translation. Ride quality is still very acceptable.
