If you are talking about cost to paint your car, well, that all depends on the condition of the body and what you want done. Pay for a cheap paint job and that is just what you get. Pay for cheap body work/parts and that is just what you will get. If you want professional results that will last and be trouble-free, then expect to pay north of $2000 w/o any underhood, undercar, or door jamb painting. Quality of the paint used is key so choose a shop that deals with quality paints. Expect the cost to go up on specialized paint work and materials. Find a person with a nice custom paint job at a car show and find out what paint and shop was used.

I would make sure the shop that's painting your tC is using PPG paint.

I really don't know Sir, why are we sitting at home? I generally work Wednesday - Sunday from 2pm to 10pm, on my days off I try to spend that time working on my tC or installing mods, which I have a few that need to be done, but mother nature hasn't been allowing me to do them w/ all this ridiculous rain.

Like you had mentioned to me earlier, I need to invest in a rain coat! LOL! :)

We are having the opposite from the weather. New Orleans is being hit by a flood but there is almost absolutely been no rain for about 2 months now. That qualifies as drought conditions down here. I actually was floored when I saw cracks in the ground. This place is just a disaster waiting to happen.

I took my car for a little spin and she was hooking up nicely. Could not find the car scene. There are few places to go to that the Police won't hassle you. I could find no one. New Orleans sucks so bad.

We've had a lot of precipitation, the ground is saturated, but thankfully today was in the low 70's and was mostly sunny. Gave me a damn good reason to go outside and work on my tC. Its really hard to get anything accomplished when you have no garage and can't rely on mother nature to be cooperative.

Don't get me started. I have a shelf full of parts and projects that I never got to because I too have ADS! There I said it. Am I a lesser man? No! I am a person too ya know. Autogarage Deficiency Syndrome affects 1 in 698 men across the United States. The rates are much higher for those living in European countries. You have seen those afflicted. Men who disparagingly hovel next to autoparts stores, speed shops, car shows, and racing events holding signs "Will work for a garage". All that they ask for is just a place to change their oil. Is it too much to ask. Just for dollars a day, you can brighten the life of one these unfortunate men and provide them with a safe place to work on their vehicles that is warm and dry. Please won't you help?

If you and I lived closer to one another we could give each other a helping hand w/ those mods.

No doubt. It is hard to get my Fiancée to come any where near my car to help me out. Besides, she does not have the passion for it. Don't fret too much. Now that the Rapture marking the end of the World has not happened, we can expect those Star Trek transporters to become reality in the next couple of years. You make the call and I will be there in a few seconds!
