Wats up?!

Hey guys well i have been lurking around for a while now and thought id join since i have been looking into getting a Scion tC. I have been looking at the realistic "mpgs" received from being stock and wat upgrades most of yall would suggest to do first.

Well ive been looking at getting this tC but figured is get some responses from u guys since im a noob when it comes to small cars and wat not since the only car ive had is a lifted 4runner. Please let me know if u think the price is reasonable and if the mods are worth/good/bad/etc.

The guy wants 11k for it. It is an automatic 2007 Scion tC with 63-64K miles. It has many mods which include, DC race header, Invidia downpipe, full custom exhaust from the downpipe back, lightweight crank pulley, Secret Weapon R short ram intake, DC race intake manifold, Unichip piggyback already tuned on dyno, strut bar, 15 inch CVX Kicker sub-woofer in a ported box, 1980 watt Power Acoustik amplifier, mid and high speakers JL audio, Pioneer double din touch screen, entire hatch lined with a double layer of dynamat, 450 amp alternator, 935 cranking amp acid battery, blue illumination in cup holders and at feet, AIT Racing R1 carbon fiber hood, smoked out taillights, black grill with tc symbol in corner, real carbon fiber interior overlays, and more stuff here and there.
